Brief Answer: referred otalgia. Detailed Answer: Hi XXXXXXX Thanks for your query. As per your history, you have ear pain since 4 months. I need more information to comment on your query. If I were your treating doctor I would have asked for: 1. Do you any symptoms of ear disease, like ear block, ear discharge, reduced hearing? 2. Do you have any sinus infections? 3. What is the nature of pain, how long does it stay , does it radiate to head and cheeks? 4. Does the pain increase on chewing food, or opening mouth? Please give us information on this. I would suggest to consult dentist get your dental problem corrected first. You can continue enzohel tablet. No harm. But please answer my query. Waiting for your reply. Thanks,

Brief Answer: There is no local cause in ear for earpain. Detailed Answer: Hi XXXXXXX In my opinion you have TMJ arthritis or a neuralgic pain radiating to ear. If I were your treating doctor I would have advised anti inflammatory medicine paracetamol with diclofenac with seratio peptidase. Refer to dentist for further treatment of TMJ arthritis. For neuralgic pain I would advise carbamazepine for a week. Regards,
