Brief Answer:
It could be due to many causes. Gastritis is possible

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam.
Such pain could be due to a variety of causes. It could be arising from the stomach, pancreas, heart, spleen, lung or mucles of the abdominal wall.
Does the pain have any relation to your meals?
Have there been episodes of vomiting?
I suggest you see your GP or a Physician who can examine you and run some tests like ECG and Ultrasound abdomen and also Chest Xray to better localise the cause of pain.
Without examining you it is very difficult for me to say what it could be.
You can let me know the reports so I can guide you further with the treatment.
The commonest cause however is Gastritis and I advice my patients Tab Pantoprazole 40mg or Cap Omeprazole 20 mg twice a day half an hour before meals.
Take care.
