Brief Answer:
Hypertension is without cause in most cases

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and understand your concern .Your backache and hypertension are different issues. In most cases of hypertension ,it is without cause that is idiopathic.
You may continue the antihypertensive treatment along with regular walking 30-45 minutes, low salt intake and junk food.
For your backache hot water fomentation along with Ibuprofen and muscle relaxant drug like thiocolchicoside will help.Get it prescribed from your doctor.
Hope this helps and I shall be glad to answer any further query .
Take care
