Brief Answer:
Conditions to be evaluated listed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again and thanks for asking me directly.

I have read your query and understand your concerns.

It is difficult to achieve a correct online diagnosis without examining the patient.

However, we can provide you valuable information and necessary steps to follow in order to achieve a correct diagnosis.

The tension in neck and back of the skull does not necessarily indicate any serious condition, situations such whiplash (post whiplash condition), bad neck position during sleep, or during work, degenerative spine disease, etc, may cause such symptoms.

In such cases, warm procedures on the neck, NSAID and muscle relaxers drugs together with physical therapy should help improve your condition.

If these symptoms persist after these measures, imaging of the neck such MRI is necessary to understand better your condition.

Dryness of face and sensitive changes could be a local problem of the skin that may range from nutritional deficiencies, continuous exposure to the wind, fungal infections, etc.

Getting evaluated by a Dermatologist is necessary to understand better and treat this issue.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards.

Brief Answer:
You can get evaluated around your location only

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.

You should get examined by a Dermatologist about face dryness causes first.

Tension on the back of the head and tiredness in the arm that improves gradually as you become active may be related to degenerative spine and discs disease.

A neck MRI is necessary to understand correctly this condition.

I don't think is necessary to travel to Europe, because these evaluations can be done where you actually live, however, will get in touch to evaluate these examinations results.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.

Hello again.

Heavyweights may damage the vertebral column and may predispose to degenerative changes of the spine, causing this way neurological symptoms.

Before to decide about a visit, is necessary to get evaluated by imaging studies too, so we can have all the pieces to discuss a diagnosis.

So, get evaluated when you find it possible in your country, and let's get in touch.

Hope I helped you.

In good health.
