What Causes Dry, Itchy And Flaky Skin On The Penis?
Question: Had sex with my gf and it got pretty serious but after I saw some cuts and tried letting it heal up , I used polysporin and seemed to help with the cuts but my skin on my penis gets real dry and flakes off now and it's been that way for some time I went and got tested and I don't have any STDs . But still having that dry flaking skin and it itches . But then when I scratch I scratch to much and end up cutting open my skin and I'm all the way at step one again having to apply polysporin for a few days til the cut goes always but then when the cuts heal the skin around it gets dry and flacks And I'm left with tha dry flaky skin that gets itchy what can it be ???

I applied lotion on it a few min ago so it is not dry and flaky at the moment
