I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.

Excess sleepiness is an occasinal complain after taking meth. Its reversible and temporary and will probably resolve after 24 hours by self. However tingling and swelling at the injection site is not related to the excess sleepiness. The reason for tingling and swelling could be due to inflammation called cellulitis. It has to be observed. Mostly it will resolve in 12 hours. However if it persists to increases in intensity the antibiotics like amoxycilline will have to be added. It could be an infection.
