If you are sleepy all the time for no apparent reasons then you need to get evaluated for associated fatigue or a chronic medical illness.

Lack of proper sleep is the commonest reason for feeling sleepy all the time. Please see that you sleep at least 7 - 8 hours each day and give your mind ample rest. At times you might be feeling sleepy due to hormone problems like thyroid and conditions like anemia where there is abnormally low amount of hemoglobin.

If you do not have a medical cause then it might be due to an emotional state of mind. This is usually stress related anxiety or depression. Please seek psychiatric help if you feel you have a low mood.

Not eating proper meals also can make you fatigued and put you into a low energy and sleepy condition. Please have a regular healthy diet and also do light exercises to keep you fit.
