Brief Answer:
You need to check your BP, blood sugar and thyroid profile.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query. The first thing I would ask is whether you have got your blood pressure checked. If not, you should get it checked. Your symptoms could arise from low blood pressure. If that is the case, you should take plenty of fluids to drink and back it up with a proper diet. You should also get your blood sugar (fasting) and thyroid levels checked as those could also be contributory.

Another cause of your symptoms could be an imbalance in the inner ear which is responsible for maintaining balance apart from hearing. If that is the case, vestibulocochlear stabilizers like betahistine or cinnarizine should provide relief.

Let me know if I could be of further help.

Regards
