Brief Answer:
Blood pressure in every posture

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

If you feel dizzy and off balance only in certain postures your brain is not receiving required blood to maintain the pressure in it. Hence it is trying to compensate by helping itself making your fall.

At this time it is important to measure blood pressures in the postures that make you fall. Drinking more water before getting up is probably a good idea. It is also ideal to revisit the medications that you take with the help of your doctor.

In an ideal scenario, MRI of the brain, Carotid wall thickening would be tested by the doctor. If necessary an ENT consultation would be sought by the primary doctor.

Hope this gives you a direction.
