Dizziness with blood shot eyes doesn't point to one specific condition.

kindly answer the following to advise accordingly

By dizziness do you mean you feel like falling down or do you feel like moving in the absence of real movement. Many people can confuse dizziness with vertigo.
Do you have itching, crusting or watering in the eyes.
Is this the first such episode or has this occured before
Have you checked your BP and blood sugar during these episodes. How were the readings.

It felt like I was going to pass out as I was preparing to play a golf shot. I don't have diabetes or a heart condition , a current blood pressure reading is 146/66 and pulse 52, I did'nt check it yesterday. I have had eye trouble for the past week and was using Brolene a few times a day.
