What Causes Dizziness While Walking?

Question: i feel diziness when i walk.
Head MRI done its ok.
Heart TMT echo normal.
Blood test normal -Thyroid,Blood sugar ,B12,Calcium,
Cervical spine X ray :loss of cervical lordosis.
ENT said no problem in Ear.

I can certainly understand your concerns.

I apologize for the delayed response owing to my hectic work schedule.

As per your symptoms described the possibility of BPPV -benign paroxysmal positional vertigo is high.

This is a diagnosis of exclusion in presence of normal blood and scanning results.

A short course of labrynthine sedative drugs will help.

I generally recommend my patients with oral pills of Betahistine for 2 weeks.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these pills to you.

I have taken vertin 16 for two week but I don't find any improvement and I have one more symptomes light head ache and diziness.kindly suggest forward path.
