Brief Answer:
It is time limited side effect

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

I like to inform you that muscle rigidity and dizziness are time limited side effects of increased dose of zoloft and likely to be under control in a period of one to two weeks.

Most of my patients stop complaining about these symptoms after one week of dose increase.

In my view there is need to have some patience if the symptoms are tolerable. If no it will be better to go to 37.5 mg for few days before coming back to 50 mg.

In addition to this talk to your doctor about possibility of serotonin syndrome as it can start with similar symptoms.

I hope this answers you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards.
