What Causes Dizziness While On Noriday?

Question: I started taking Noriday 5 days ago. I feel a bit light headed throughout the day like a floating feeling. I do have a blocked nose and flem in my throat so i'm not sure if my symptoms relate to noriday or my sinus blockage. I have taken noriday in the past with no problems.

Hello

Light headedness and light confusion are known side effects of Noriday however since you have a blocked nose and flem in your throat this could be a confounding factor. Here are my suggestions

1. Do not stop taking Noriday, continue to take it
2. Steam inhalations three times a day will help your blocked nose
3. Tab levocetrizine is given once daily at night to help both throat and blocked nose
4. If the symptoms does not improve then please meet an ENT specialist
