Brief Answer:
The relation between your dizziness and spondylitis is not strong.

Detailed Answer:
Hello. I have been through your question and understand your concern.

Dizziness related to head movement is very common and is a benign situation self limiting.

Dizziness is hardly related to spondylitis. It has been widely accepted in the past, but nowdays there are controversies with no evidence supporting anymore this hypothesis.

While vestibular system is gaining more evidence on this. That is why treatment for dizziness are often prescribed, like betaserc 24 mg twice daily for 2 weeks.

Talk to your gp about this.

Hope this helps. Don't worry. In a few days it should go away.
