Brief Answer:
Get investigated and take treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
Dizziness at this age may be due to posterior circulation stroke, vestibular neuronitis or benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.
Is there any vomiting, dysphagia, dysphonia, walking difficulties, loss of consciousness, seizures, previous stroke, diabetes, hypertension?
You need to get examined by a Neurologist.
Blood pressure should be measured.
Drugs like betahistine, cinnarizine can be taken for vertigo relief.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
