Brief Answer:
descriptive

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the query.

Dizziness on standing is usually postural hypotension and the causes are usually some specific medicines like those taken for prostate hypertrophy and blood pressure and heart related conditions.

Anemia is another very common cause for this and so is dehydration.

Please mention what all medicines you are using if any and also get your hemoglobin and blood pressure monitored.

Ear related conditions can also lead to vertigo but decreased hearing and tinnitus are usually accompanying conditions.

Pupil condition is not related with this.

Positional vertigo is usually because of inner ear conditions but specific complaints are there which are not there in your history.

so please get your hemoglobin checked and consult your doctor for any specific drug which can cause this.

Feel free to ask another query.

Regards
