Brief Answer:
Suggestions for cardiac evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message. I think I can help you.

In a diabetes patient , I suggest getting a cardiac evaluation done immediately.
The symptoms have started suddenly. In diabetic patient, cardiac condition may present with symptoms other than chest pain.
These are called equivalent symptoms and include breathlessness, palpitations, fatigue, and sometimes even mild diarrhea.
I should tell you that there are other possible causes. But this being most urgent needs to be considered urgently.
Get to a cardiologist or to an ER urgently.
Please feel free to contact us for more information.

Best of luck.
Dr Mittal.
