What Causes Dizziness, Nausea And Diarrhea In A Diabetic?
Question: Before bed I had severe gas. I fell asleep in a high backed chair last night. When I awoke I was dizzy, and when I tried to stand I had vertigo. It abated a bit, but as I went upstairs I felt nauseous and had diarrhea. It is about two hours later and I've kept down water, the dizziness is slight, but I'm still nauseous, have diarrhea, have pressure but not pain in my head. I'm 57, obese, diabetes 2, on meds for high BP and cholesterol. Does this merit a call to my GP?
