Posted on Fri, 4 Mar 2016
Question: For the past week I have been feeling light headed and almost nauseous. If I was not 61 and 10 years post menopause I would think I might be pregnant lol. I feel almost dizzy, almost nauseous and have a mild headache. I keep thinking it will be better tomorrow but does not go away. Should I be concerned.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Your symptoms are most likely related to one of the following disorders:
- inner ear disorders
- neurological problems
- cervical spondiloartrosis

These disorders some time may be responsible for serious problems. This is why you should be worried and contact a neurologist to exclude any serious neurological problems.

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
