She had these symptoms and was given a Nuclear CT, EKG, bloodwork, and took xrays yesterday and was told everything came back normal; bloodwork, no calcium deposits, EKG fine, Nuclear test fine, However she is still having the same symptoms today. Brief Answer:
History is very important.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
If your wife has this symptoms with all routine investigations normal then it would be slightly difficult to diagnose only on the basis of symptoms only.
Kindly provide me at least some history like since how many days she is suffering, is there any medication she is taking,is there any history of injury or fall down, any past disease etc.
The possible causes on the basis of given symptoms are benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, meniere's disease, gastritis, seasonal asthma with bronchitis, iron deficiency anaemia, supraventricula tachycardia etc.
As I said earlier, complete history in addition with thoroughly clinical examination by a physician is very important to make a diagnosis. Laboratory investigations should be done to rule out any other significant pathology but in your wife's case ,they are come normal as stated by you.
So,kindly provide me some history further.
Thanks and regards,
