Brief Answer:
Symptoms of anemia

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic.

Based on the history you shared, all of your symptoms fit with anemia as your past history suggest so and that might have recurred back. Very low hemoglobin leads to drop of blood pressure on changing posture and thus gives the symptoms like falling on standing up, and tingling because of decreased perfusion to the extremeties.

Kindly get your hemoglobin levels checked and consult a medical specialist for a detailed work up of repeated anemia and it's possible cause.

Hoping you a speedy recovery.
