What Causes Dizziness And Stomach Upset While Waking Up?

Question: In early AM when I wake up to turn over my eyes start going in circles and I get very dizzy (with my eyes open) and my stomach get very upset. With my eyes closed in 10-20 seconds they stop. It's happened two nights out of the last three - two to three times each night. Both eyes have had cataract surgery a couple of years ago. Not sure where to start.

My dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us.
Not very clear but i would like to see a ENT doctor for early benign positional vertigo but that should be more consistent and almost through out the day.
Similar picture can be seen with cervical spondolysis agai early stages of both may be slightly confusing.
It will be good to your GP or an internist to rule out any other cause and advice relevent tests and investigation.
