Brief Answer:
The common causes are hypertension, migraine...

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care magic.

I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that You are having dizziness and pressure above the left eye. The common causes for this are hypertension, migraine, sinusitis...
Since you are on treatment with anti-hypertensive drug Losartan, first I would like to rule out increased or elevated blood pressure as a cause for dizziness associated with pressure over the eye.
If blood pressure is normal I would like to rule out other causes as I have mentioned.
Do consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly. Do get back to me with the examination results for further advice.

Hope the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
With regards
