Brief Answer:
Cymbalta

Detailed Answer:
good evening

Thank you for writing on health care magic

Well it is always hard to wean off the medicine for fibromyalgia as all the symptoms come back again.

Firstly the decision to wean off should be when you feel the symptoms have resolved. If they are better we can start reducing the symptoms

Secondly to wean off.I would suggest youn reduce the dose to 30 mg and 20 mg daily.for 2 weeks and then 20 mg twice daily for 2 weeks and then 30 mg.once daily...and then 10 mg every 2 weeks. All these tapering are there if you don't feel symptoms are.coming back

Meanwhile keep trying yoga and do develop a hobby to keep urself occupied

Hope the information was useful

very good information, thank you. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia by my rheumatologist many years ago. I have taught a self help class for the Arthritis Foundation. I feel that my symptoms have been resolved. Although some fatigue I have moved then am traveling since my retirement 3 years ago. I feel well. I will consider your recommendations. thank you again for the prompt response.
