What Causes Dizziness And Mild Numbness In The Body?

Question: My son is 30 y.o. and is experiencing a feeling of being disconnected from his body, mild numbness of skin, reports mouth feeling tight, a feeling of not being able to inhale sufficiently, uneasy stomach and dizziness. He also has tingling in the chest area.

I was thinking more along the lines of heavy metal toxicity. I have it and we live in the same house. No, he has no psych dx. at all. His vision is now altered. I think we'll go to ER.
