    What causes dizziness and mild numbness in the body?

Question: My son is 30 y.o. and is experiencing a feeling of being disconnected from his body, mild numbness of skin, reports mouth feeling tight, a feeling of not being able to inhale sufficiently, uneasy stomach and dizziness. He also has tingling in the chest area.

I was thinking more along the lines of heavy metal toxicity. I have it and we live in the same house. No, he has no psych dx. at all. His vision is now altered. I think we'll go to ER.

Possibility of heavy metal toxicity cannot be ruled out as it has varied manifestation.
Mental symptoms, neuropathy, hematological involvement and abdominal complains are common.
Examination followed by investigations is required.
Going to an Er will guide for further course of action.
Possibility of heavy metal toxicity in family members is high if the source is common. Lead is a common toxin.
Get evaluated and tested.
