I have gone through your query and I understand your concerns.

All your symptoms are related to Meniere's syndrome. My opinion is that this might be caused by an ear infection.

In general, I recommend an otorhinolaryngologist consultation to my patients, to do an ear examination. It would also be necessary to do an audiometry and a head MRI(magnetic resonance imaging), in order to confirm this diagnosis.

The treatment of this syndrome includes antihistamine medications.
