What Causes Discomfort In Lower Left Side?

Question: I went to the doc again today,he spent all of 5 minutes with me and told me that I need colonoscopy and endoscopy to see why I am still having discomfort in my lower left side,I have been getting better of the past few months and really do not wish to have these procedures done,is there anything else I can do or wait and see if the discomfort goes away by itself?please read my last few posts

I dr jadia have gone through your all posts and would suggest to do barium meal and follow up study to find the exact cause of this problem. And this is non invasive procedure and not harmful at all.

So consult your family physician and plan for this barium meal.

Meanwhile avoid any dairy products like milk, butter cheese. Avoid oily diet, processed food, and junk food.

Take fruits, green leafy vegetables, high fibre diet in meal. Avoid stress.
