Brief Answer:
For how long have you had this? Di you apply any local creams?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this discoloration that you have reported. I have reviewed the attached image and there are no signs of an active infection. I will like to know for how long this has been going on and whether you have been using any locally applied cream such as steroids. This is because the discoloration could be a possible side effect of steroids products. If you have not been applying any creams to this area and this has been for several months, I will for sure recommend further examination and investigations. If your primary healthcare doctor can't figure it out, then I will suggest he refers you to a dermatologist!

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Above all, thanks for using our services.

Brief Answer:
OK. See a dermatologist!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I will suggest that you see a dermatologist for more precise evaluation. However, there is certainly no emergency and terbinafine might have partly contributed to this discoloration.

Keep me posted on this!
