Question: I had oral sex and after some time I found tip of my penis becoming a bit discoloured. I don't have any pain or burning sensation, but it's almost 15 days now the color still remains same. In the side of the tip of the penis there is a small white patch.

Brief Answer:
Looks to be Fungal Balanitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thank for your query.

This is called balanitis.
The discoloration and particularly the small white patch is suggestive of a fungal infection.

A local application of anti-fungal lotion would help.

Keep the area clean with plain water 3 to 4 times a day. Do not apply soaps or any other cream or lotions. Use loose underwear and pants.

If the oral sex was done by your regular partner, nothing much to worry.
If it was done by someone else, you may have to undergo tests for STDs. And then it would be wise to take an opinion of a Doctor and get investigated and treated accordingly.
