What Causes Discharge Of A Lumpy Tissue From The Vagina?

Question: this is just inside my vagina hole when i squat its a lumpy piece of meat or tissue or something. is this normal or what is it? been like it for months. i did have a vagina birth 3 years ago with suction cap and tore.

It looks normal to me,however since you are giving a history of vacuum application and traumatic labour ,a direct speculum examination may be useful.
It may be a part of torn vagina and that may be the reason it is not growing big or cause bleeding.
You can consult a gynaecologist and take her/his opinion.
