Brief Answer:
Please give details

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your history of green/yellow discharge from both the nipples, but the right one being crusty.
No pain.
No lumps.
Right breast is a little tender.

May I please know a few details for me to assist you better as this information is vital:
- What is your age?
- Since when have you been having this problem?
- Any fever or malaise or constitutional symptoms?
- Marriage/ kids/ breast feeding ?

As a general outline:
The commonest causes are as follows:
Abscess/Infection
Breast cancer
Excessive breast stimulation
Fibroadenoma / Fibrocystic breasts
Galactorrhea a condition in which the milk is produced and can be colored due to infection.
Hormone imbalance as happens with age and many such factors.

I would advise you the following:
-To send the discharge for the following examination: Gram staining, culture and sensitivity and for malignant cells.
- Mammography/ultrasonography
- Clinical palpation by a Surgeon

This will give an idea and direction for the diagnosis and the treatment.

I hope this answer helps you to get a proper diagnosis, and get a proper further treatment. Please feel free to ask for more or if you need further clarifications or if you feel there is a gap of communication.
