How long have you been with this symptoms? You can not pee at all or is just diffucult to do it?
Do you have any other symptoms?
I can see that that you take tamsulosie, do you have prostate enlargement?For how long have you been with it?
What kind of intervention did you have ?
What do you mean with the flu after procedure?
If you did not pee for more then 1day i would suggest to contact your treating doctor for a full evaluation( physical examinations and blood test) , further treatment and follow up .
