Brief Answer:
Due to Many lesions all over the brain.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.I can understand the confusion you are going through.
Since the Tuberculomas have involved bilateral cerebral cerebellar hemisphere and pons with mild to moderate perilesional edema, meaning almost all over the brain it will be difficult to pin-point which part of the brain will respond in which way.
With such extensive involvement all the treatment you have mentioned is absolutely right and the Doctors will be altering the medicines as per observations they have made.

The newer symptoms do not look to be reaction to any of the medicines and since all the medicines are essential one can not really change/ stop them.
So not possibly due to side effects.

She is unable to stand because of the involvement of all regions of the brain with edema surrounding the lesions. This may recover slowly with time when the nervous system starts responding to the medicines.

Wait and watch is the best position in patients with such diseases.

Why was the diagnosis made so late ???
The patients with such a low weight should have been investigated far earlier.

Anyways, continue the treatment; it is a standard treatment protocol in all such patients.

Wishing Her an early and uneventful recovery.
Please feel free to ask more if need be.
