Brief Answer:
Can be due to many causes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Welcome to HCM..
Thanks for posting your query.

The inability to open the moth can be due to muscle spasm, infections like tetanus or tonsillar abscess, oral ulcers, T-M joint dysfunction, etc. This needs a direct examination to find out the cause. You need to consult an orthopedician or dentist or a general physician for an examination and investigations to find out the cause. The treatment will then depend on the type of problem you have.
I hope this answers your query.

In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.

Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
ENT surgeon will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The swollen glands in the neck can cause problem in opening the mouth. An ENT surgeon can evaluate the cause and provide you the proper treatment. FNAC of the glands will also help in detecting the cause.

Brief Answer:
Depends on the cause of swelling.

Detailed Answer:
It will take at least 3-4 weeks of regular treatment for the lymph nodes to reduce ad the stiffness of moth to decrease. That again depends on the cause of lymph node swelling. It is best to postpone the test for next 1-2 months.

Brief Answer:
Depends on the cause.

It is completely curable or not depends on the cause of fibrosis. But you should delay the medical test for at least 2 months to get it normal.
