Brief Answer:
There is solution for your problem

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for using healthcare magic.

I understand that you are very much worried and distressed because you are not able to have satisfactory sex life after marriage. Don't worry, this is a common problem faced by newly married couples. Satisfactory sexual intercourse for both partners usually takes some practice and with time it will become smooth and enjoyable.

From the available description it appears that you are not able to hold yourself and release very quickly. The most probable reason for this problem is performance anxiety which is very common among first timers and associated guilt feeling perpetuates the problem.

The second possibility is you might be suffering from premature ejaculation which means not able to last for satisfactory period of time. The possibility is less of this because you had successful masturbation for last 15 years. If you were able to hold during masturbation than there is no reason to think about premature ejaculation. But if you use to last for very short period of time during masturbation than the Premature ejaculation is the first possibility. I like to tell you that Premature ejaculation is very common and treatments are available currently for same.
The third possibility is probably faulty technique of insertion which need to be worked out by both partners. In virgin women, there will be a membrane called hymen which will be covering the vaginal passage. This could be one of the reasons why penetration may be difficult during the first time. After the first penetration, the hymen membrane will rupture, and then subsequent penetrations will be easier.

You are advised to see a doctor to rule out premature ejaculation and keep a healthy life style with adequate exercise and nutritious food.

Critical attitude of partner in such situation is very detrimental and she need to be supportive rather than being critical. While meeting a doctor along with your newly married wife, will serve the double purpose. She will be counselled and she will be knowing that the problem can be cured.

'Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help".
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Yes it is treatbale

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for reverting back to me.

Short duration during masturbation and night falls both are indicative of premature ejaculation itself and as I said earlier it is treatable.
For the treatment both medicine and other form of therapy are available.
Before your proceed for any medication as it is associated with side effects I suggest you to practice kegel exercise. It is effective in many of individuals and does not cost anything.
It consists of repeatedly contracting and relaxing the muscles that form part of the pelvic floor.
They are easy to do, once you know which muscles to target. One of the easiest ways to locate your muscles is during urination.

-Halfway through urination, try to stop or slow down the flow of urine.
-Don’t tense the muscles in your buttocks, legs, or abdomen, and don’t hold your breath.
-When you can slow or stop the flow of urine, you’ve successfully located these muscles.

It's important not to contract other muscles.

To do Kegel exercises:

-Contract these muscles for a slow count of five.
-Release the muscles to a slow count of five.
-Repeat 10 times.
-Do a set of 10 Kegels daily, three times a day.
-When you’re first starting, it may be easier to do Kegel exercises lying down. It may also be easier to contract the muscles for just two or three seconds at first.

After a few weeks, increase the time until eventually you’re contracting the muscles for a slow five or 10 seconds, and do the exercises standing up. That puts more weight on the muscles, boosting your workout and improving your control.

After you master the kegels you will be having good control over your ejaculation. Meantime talk to your partner to see a doctor so he will counsel her till you get improvement in your premature ejaculation. As I said earlier support of your partner will be very essential to cure your problem.

'Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help".
Thanks
