Brief Answer:
need some details

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.

I can understand your concerns.

I think there might be some problem related to erection or ejaculation.

Do you think he has full erection?
If he has full erection, does he discharge early?
Does he have any medical illness like diabetes, hypertension?
Does he smoke or take alcohol?

There are no drugs to increase penis size. But drugs can help in sustaining erection.

Kindly revert back with the answers to above questions. This will help me to guide you better.

Hope to hear from you soon.
Thanks.

No he doesn't have full erection , and he takes 1 hr to discharge (I dont know whether its early or not). And his penis is no where inside its barely near clitoris.
He is a social drinker and he quit smoking 2 years back.
And he has wheezing trouble sometimes and he uses "ASTHALIN" inhaler.

Brief Answer:
tadalafil; resolving the issues, if any

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
Thanks for the details.

The main problem is erection.

For this, I would recommend the use of tadalafil drug (prescription drug).

This drug is easily available in the market under the trade name cialis/megalis.

It is to be taken 2 hours before intercourse.
Single dose acts for 2 days approximately.
Its a safe drig with minimal side effects like headache and runny nose which resolve in 3-4 days.

Other then this, there are some hrebal preparations which are said to be effective like 'tentex forte', 1 tab to be taken daily.

Apart from medicines,
You must share this with your husband what problems he has while intercourse.
Most of the time, problem is just psychological fear of performing good in intercourse which leads to erection problem.
Try to make him confident about his ability.
He might get irritated by this but you have tackle this issue calmly.

Hope this helps.

Feel free to ask further.
