Brief Answer:
Fair chances of conception

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
You are suffering from hypothyroidism, in which there is underactivity of the thyroid gland.
This is one of the causes of difficulty in conceiving.
Once the TSH levels normalize after taking the medications, there are good chances of conception.
So, you should not worry and start medications as advised.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Wishing you good health.

Thank you for replying doctor. But I would like to know what level of TSH, can I conceive and there is one more issue I would like to discuss is my ovulation period. I can not exactly determine the ovulation period and I think this is another reason of failure in my attempt. Please reply.

Brief Answer:
Follicular study

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
A TSH level less than3.5 is considered optimum for conception.
Exact ovulation period can be predicted by follicular study by ultrasound.
In each cycle, the ovulation usually occurs at around same time, unless your periods are irregular.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
