What Causes Difficulty In Breathing And Burping While On Novelon?
Question: I am taking novelon since 15 days.For the past 5 days I am experiencing difficulty in breathing and lot of burping even after eating simple food..Please let me know if this is related to the medication.

The sideeffects of novelon are nausea,abdominal bloating,muscle cramps,blood clots in veins etc.
These blood clots in veins might break and get dislodged to lungs leading to breathlessness.But as you dont have any leg pain or swelling the there is no chance of clot in lower limb veins and there dislodgement leading to breathlessness.
So it might be simple gastritis you have.
Take bland diet and avoid spicy and oily diet.
Take meal on time.And skipping of meal aggravates the gastritis.
Antacids might be helpful.
The optimum weight for your height is 65 kg.So the overweight might be the cause of your irregular periods.
Adapt healthy lifestyle like eat healthy nutritional diet and exercise daily.Even weight reduction helps in regularisation of cycles.
