Brief Answer:
Irritable bowel syndrome

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I do not find anything abnormal.
Having an urge to have bowel movement after waking up is not abnormal.
Occasional semi solid stool with normal stool analysis and no other symptoms is not a thing to be worried about.

If it is associated with abdominal pain which gets relieved with bowel movements, feeling of incomplete evacuation, increased mucus and gas, irritable bowel syndrome may be considered.

You can take Librax twice a day and probiotic supplements for relief.

Dr.R.K.

Brief Answer:
Answer given below

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Some amount of gas is normal.
It all depends on the type of food you take.
Carbohydrate rich diet/diet rich in fibers increase intestinal gas.
A stomach infection also increases gas.

Since the stool tests were normal, infection is less likely in your case.
You can reduce the carbohydrate.
You can take simethicone and Beano for relief.

Regards,
Dr.R.K
