Brief Answer:
Stomach infection (Gastroenteritis) will mostly cure itself in 1-2 days

Detailed Answer:
Dear Patient

you may be suffering from bacterial gastroenteritis "food poisoning". This will usually cure itself within 1-3 days. In Addition to immodium you may take vomex suppository for the vomiting. Fluid intake should be possible soon, please take in tea or water in small amounts and proceed to light Foods such as soup or porridge.

Further treatment is only necessary in case of bloody diarrhea with cramps, high fever or severe dehydration or duration of symptoms longer than 3 days.

Best regards
