What Causes Diarrhea After Taking Morning Pill?

Question: Hello !
I had unprotected sex and took the morning pill today, I had never taken one before and about 30 mins after it gave me diarrhoea. The nurse said if I vomit I should take another dose, but I was just wondering if the diarrhoea could potentially have the same effect as vomiting and make the pill leave my system or ineffective ? I'm also feeling a little dizzy is that normal? I was given Levonelle.

Diarrhoea once is not going to affect the absorption of the tablet. So there is no need to repeat it

Feeling little dizzy after this pill is common. Don't worry. It settles down in a day or two.
