Brief Answer:
Get investigated as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The imaging is showing atrophy of brain part.
The reason may be alcohol, vitamin deficiency and some degenerative brain disease like fronto temporal dementia characterised by behavioural and urination abnormalities along with dementia.
You need to get tested for blood sugar, Thyroid profile, vitamin B12, folic acid, renal function.
Mri brain may also be required.
The treatment include supplementation of vitamin, correction of metabolic derangement and donepizil, memantine if required.
Visit a neurologist for detailed neurological examination.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
