Brief Answer:
Hormonal disturbances likely

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Delayed periods can be due to pregnancy, stress or hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism, hyperprolactinemia or polycystic ovarian disease.
Your reports and urine pregnancy test are confirmatory of the fact that you are not pregnant.
Moreover, periods can occur within 3-7 days of stopping the meprate.
I will suggest you to wait for a week for the withdrawal periods to occur.
You should also get your thyroid and prolactin levels tested to confirm the cause.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Why meprate tablets are prescribed? What is their main usage?I heard that meprate is usually prescribed for 3-4 days but why my doctor prescribed it for 21 days?

Can this hyperprolactinemia disease be cured only by taking medicines?

In a menstrual cycle month what are the best days to participate in sex which have high probability of pregancy, can you please elaborate on when to participate and when not to?

Brief Answer:
Test not needed

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Yes, you can perform intercourse any number of times during fertile period.
You can perform intercourse after conception also.
Out of all tests prescribed, only thyroid function test is done in infertility patients.
Rest are absolutely not indicated.
I will suggest you to wait for6-8 months and try to conceive naturally before going for investigation and treatment for infertility.
