What causes delay in periods along with vaginal discharge?

Question: hlo, i am 23 years and from the last 2 weeks i am suffering from high volume of veginal discharge and also periods tym is dere but it is not happening, just a little pain happens in lower abdomn.please sujest something

Sometimes, periods can be delayed due to hormonal disturbance.
Factors such as - stress, anxiety, emotional turbulence, weight changes, unusual exercise, travelling, late nights, smoking, drinking , taking hormones or pills or medications - all this can result in delayed periods.
So relax, sometimes it happens .
Now, please tell me a few more things.
Do you always have regular periods ?
When was your last period ?
What is your height and weight ?
Are you sexually active ?
Have you taken a pregnancy test ?
ALong with the discharge, do you have pain / itching / redness / tenderness / foul smell ?

generally periods are regular, last tym 7th April and now on 7th May periods came. i am sexually active but havent taken any pills. height is 5.5 ft and weight is
55 kg. with discharge itching and foul smell occurs

Please consult an OB - GYN and go for a vaginal swab to confirm type of infection.
Then treatment should be taken.
Till then, please have protected sex only.
Avoid touching the area, and keep your nails short and trimmed.
Change undergarments frequently
Avoid any soaps, gels, douches - just clean the vagina with lukewarm water.
Always pass urine after sex.
