Brief Answer:
Premenstrual symptoms. Wait few more days to get period.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

Above clinical features are MOSTLY suggestive of Premenstrual Symptoms and it means you will get your period shortly. Home pregnancy test is also NEGATIVE. Don't be worried much.

Hormonal imbalance and mental stress or anxiety can delay your period for 1 to 7 days from period due date. I suggest to await few more days to get period naturally.

If you DON'T get your period within 3-4 days, then you can take Norethisterone pill (like PRIMOLUT-N tab) for 3 days to induce period. You will get withdrawal bleeding like period within 5-7 days after stopping them.

Hope, it helps for your information. Kindly, close the discussion if you don't have any other query.

Wish your good health and practice safe sex in future.

Regards,
Dr S Patra
