What causes delay in menstruation despite having negative UPT?

Question: I am 10-11 days late for this month's period. 10 days after my last menstruation (Jan 10-16) ended, I took ellaone. I didn't have other side effects but period still hasn't come. I took two pregnancy tests within the past 3 days, so a week after I was due for my period, and both were negative. I have been feeling very fatigued, sore breasts, some bloating and had white discharge for the past two weeks but have no constipation, no nausea, no headaches. I also have been on a lot of flights the past month which might be a stress factor. Should I wait for longer, take more pregnancy tests, or go in for a blood test?

Brief Answer:
Wait for one week

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, Welcome to HCM.
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Delayed periods can be due to pregnancy, stress or hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism, PCOS and some other conditions.

Since pregnancy is ruled out, stress is the most likely factor for delayed periods.

I will suggest you to wait for one more week for the periods to come, as you are having premenstrual symptoms.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Is it possible that there could be issues with my thyroid levels? I am not sure what I can do about my overall level of fatigue
