Brief Answer:
wait at atleast 4-5 days for the bleeding to occur.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. She has taken emergency contraception levonorgestrel within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse. Bleeding due to it can occur between 5-7 days of taking the pill.

I suggest you both not to panic and wait at atleast 4-5 days for the bleeding to occur. Usually, the pill is 90% effective in preventing pregnancy is taken within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse.

Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you both good health.
