Question: Hi doctor my sis in law is 16 years old and she has alot of health issues. Her periods are not on time. 3-4 months she hasnt got her period. Her weight is about 97 KILOS please check attached results

I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
Your sister in law most likely suffering with hormonal imbalance due to obesity, most common cause at her age is PCOD ( polycystic ovarian disease) for which you have to go for pelvic ultrasound.
In her reports iron deficiency anemia is there and insulin resistance is there.
Bad cholesterol is also on higher side.
So for her problems she should do proper exercise and lifestyle changes including low carbohydrate and high protein diet.

No she is not suffering with thyroid.

For insulin resistance and obesity she can take metformin tablet after consulting your treating doctor because it is a prescription drug and may cause hypoglycemia.
