Brief Answer:
More fluids intake necessary

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Diabetes can lead to loss of water in urine. Good control of blood sugar essential.

2. Antihypertensive medication, you are on, also can lead to loss of water through urine.

3. This loss of fluids is leading to dehydration. Dehydration can cause dizziness especially with change in posture like sitting to standing or sleeping to standing.

4. You need to increase fluid intake through water and fruit juices. 5-6 liters minimum fluid intake should help. Avoid more fluids after 4 pm to avoid disturbed sleep. Also slow changes in movement could reduce dizziness. Moisturizer to protect skin hydration will also be helpful.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
