Brief Answer:
donor egg or DHEAS tablet intake

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, I understand your health concern.
The number of follicles decrease after certain age and this reserve depends on the age of the woman and the defined ovarian reserve which is different for all women.
You can opt for either of the following 2 options -
- take tablet dehydroepiandrostenedione (DHEAS)
as this tablet can increase the the number follicles by recruiting new follicles.
Take it for at least 3 months after discussion with your gynecologist
- take donor egg (in which case baby will not have your genetic material).

Taking donor egg will give you best results but that will be at the cost of a compromise as explained.

Taking DHEAS can help you to certain extent but result will depend on the current status of follicles which can be better judged by your IVF specialist.

In case you have any questions related to this I will be glad to answer.
Take care.

thanks but what if i take some frolic acid and vitamin E, my doctor said he is going to change the drugs for me to see if i will responds to it.

i first went in for iui and because my husband sperms was low the first day, so we went again for the second time and his sperms was very good, but i did not get pregnant, so i decided to go in for the IVF. I respond very well to the iui treatment so the doctor thought it will be easy for me on IVF treatment.

i also thought if one baby it is going to easy for me on the ivf, does birth control pills affect our ovulation cycle.

Brief Answer:
IVF with pure FSH and GnRH antagonist protocol

Detailed Answer:
I can understand the sequence of events you are going through.
In my opinion plan for IVF with higher doses of pure gonadotrophins with GnRH antagonist protocol after thorough discussion with your infertility specialist.
Also keep taking vitamin E and folic acid as advised.
Yes birth control pills definitely affect the ovulation part in the cycle they are consumed but once you stop them it increases the chances of ovulation in following cycles.
Just discuss all these aspects with your gynecologist and speed up the process of assisted reproduction.
I basically practice in infertility so you can discuss your questions any time.
All the best.
